Using gloves when going to a gym is important for protecting the hands. Improper size shoes may cause blisters, cramps, and slipping. Shoes that are high top are required for protecting weak ankles. Sports shoes cushion the foot for heavy landings in jumping and reduces impact of the steps. An orthotic insert is required for support when running or jumping but it depends on the feet arches.

Fourth, it improves movement freedom. Tight clothing will surely affect your performances because your movements are restricted. Make sure that everything fits, not too tight and not too lose. Movement is very important in performances, specifically the compound exercises. There is really a possibility where in you may end up doing the wrong performance if the clothes you are wearing are restrictive or do not offer proper support.

Fifth is aiding recovery after exercises. One advantage of this is it will stimulate the circulation, and thus, stimulates the flow of blood as well. An increased flow of blood removes the lactic acids which are being produced during an exercise. The feeling of pressure can reduce inflammation or soreness.
